Such customers are for example press builders, rolling mills, metallurgical plants and machine manufacturers. The scope of services ranges from counsel and engineering to the delivery and start-up of hydraulic units, hydroforming systems, test stands and automation. Modifications or retrofits of machines and systems are offered as well.

Oil hydraulics

This field comprises all components necessary for controlling the individual axes during the forming process. Among other things, ram movement, ram locking, tool function, horizontal cylinders and tool changing tables are controlled via the oil hydraulics.

Cooling water management

Among other active media, water and oil-water-emulsions are of crucial importance for the hydroforming process.
Water hydraulics aid the active media treatment, filtering and supply for the forming process. Pressure generation (up to 4,000 bar) and pressure control are part of the water hydraulics in order to form complex component geometries.
